$15.00 per Hour Flexible Cleaning Opportunity with Room to Grow Eco-Cleanology is looking for reliable Cleaning Technicians to help serve our growing number of residential, apartment, property-management, and commercial clients throughout Fort Bend County. Our technicians play an important role in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments for the people and businesses we serve. We're looking for individuals who are responsible, friendly, detail-oriented, and interested in building a longer-term opportunity with a growing local company. What You'll Do Cleaning Technician assignments may include: Residential home cleaning Apartment and move-in/move-out cleaning Office and commercial cleaning Dusting and wiping accessible surfaces Vacuuming carpets, rugs, and floor edges Sweeping and mopping hard floors Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms Sanitizing high-touch surfaces Removing trash and replacing liners Following established cleaning checklists and company standards Helping ensure every property is left clean, organized, and presentation-ready Hours & Scheduling This role begins with a flexible schedule. Most residential work is completed during daytime hours Monday-Friday Commercial opportunities may occasionally be available later in the day Scheduling is based on technician availability and client demand Recurring assignments may become available Strong performers may receive additional hours as our Fort Bend client base continues to grow This can be a good fit for someone who wants to start with flexible hours while working toward a more regular part-time schedule. What We're Looking For You may be a good fit if you are: Dependable and punctual Detail-oriented Professional and respectful in clients' homes and workplaces Comfortable working both independently and with a team Willing to learn our cleaning systems and procedures Able to travel between client locations Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and cleaning throughout a shift Reliable transportation is required. Cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, apartment-turnover, or janitorial experience is helpful but not required. Paid training is provided.
