Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the highest standards of sanitation and hospitality. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to an exceptional experience for everyone who enters our space. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your cleaning expertise while delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic setting. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain cleanliness of floors through carpet cleaning, floor care, and appropriate sanitation techniques Ensure all areas are kept hygienic by adhering to health and safety standards, including proper waste disposal and sanitation procedures Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally Manage custodial tasks such as replenishing supplies, organizing storage areas, and maintaining cleaning equipment Assist with housekeeping management duties when required, including scheduling or supervising other cleaning staff Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning supplies and chemicals safely Prior housekeeping management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required Familiarity with hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous Join us in creating spotless spaces where comfort meets excellence!
