Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain cleanliness standards Ensure public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms are tidy and well-maintained Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Adhere to hotel policies regarding guest privacy and confidentiality Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality roles is preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous Previous hotel housekeeping experience is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning chemicals Experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not required This position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism and customer service are prioritized.
