We'll be watching for it from day one. This Role Is Physically Demanding Cleaning homes is active, physical work. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to: Stand, walk, and stay on your feet for most of an 8-hour shift Bend, kneel, crouch, and reach repeatedly throughout the day Lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment (up to 30 lbs) Perform repetitive motions such as scrubbing, wiping, and vacuuming Climb stairs in residential homes If you're not comfortable with this level of physical activity on a daily basis, this may not be the right fit. What We're Looking For Strong reliability and consistent attendance

• you'll stop in about once a week for team meetings, training, and supply restocks.
