In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across residential or hospitality settings. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common spaces, and hallways using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct detailed floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain pristine flooring conditions Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and maintaining hygiene protocols in line with health regulations Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and courteously Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas by preparing simple meals or snacks as needed (cooking experience preferred) Manage custodial supplies inventory and notify management when stock levels are low to ensure uninterrupted service Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial roles with a strong focus on sanitation and cleanliness Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and floor care methods Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with laundry processes and equipment operation Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety guidelines and cleaning protocols consistently Join us in creating immaculate spaces that foster comfort and well-being!
