Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible Shifts Available - 24/7 Business) Job Summary Fuel City is seeking dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Store Cleaners. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the store, customer areas, and restrooms while supporting a positive customer experience. Store Cleaners play an important role in ensuring the facility remains safe, welcoming, and operational throughout the day. Our stores operate 24/7 and offer flexible scheduling opportunities, including overnight shifts with premium pay opportunities. Core Responsibilities Area Cleaning Clean and maintain sales floors and customer areas Maintain restroom cleanliness and restroom supply levels Empty, clean, and straighten inside trash cans throughout the facility Restock cleaning and sanitation supplies as needed Assist team members during peak business hours Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the store and surrounding work areas Follow company cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures Support overall store presentation and appearance standards Customer Service Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Promote a welcoming and positive environment for guests Assist customers with general questions when needed Contribute to achieving strong Secret Shop scores through cleanliness, friendliness, and customer engagement Maintain a professional and service-oriented attitude throughout the shift Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous janitorial, housekeeping, cleaning, or customer service experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Comfortable performing repetitive cleaning tasks Ability to work with cleaning products and sanitation supplies Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed

Pay Range:

$11.00-16.00/hour depending on shift and experience
