Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide information about available games and activities Monitor game room activity to ensure safety and adherence to rules Operate and troubleshoot various gaming equipment, including arcade machines and interactive games Assist guests with game instructions, scorekeeping, and resolving minor technical issues Maintain cleanliness and organization of the game area, including equipment setup and breakdown Enforce safety protocols such as manual handling procedures and emergency procedures like CPR or first aid when necessary Process cash transactions for game play using POS systems and handle guest inquiries professionally Skills Experience in events management or overseeing recreational activities Strong conflict management skills to handle guest concerns or disputes effectively First aid and CPR certification to respond promptly in emergencies Background in event venue operations or hospitality environments Experience working with children in a fun, engaging manner Retail sales experience, including processing cash transactions and operating POS systems Knowledge of safety protocol adherence, manual handling, heavy lifting, and outdoor work experience Basic math skills for managing cash flow and scoring systems Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, approachable demeanor Guest services expertise with a focus on creating positive experiences Lifeguard or theater experience is a plus for engaging audiences or managing large groups Public speaking skills for hosting events or guiding group activities Food service or resort experience beneficial for understanding hospitality standards Join us as a Game Room Attendant to bring joy to our guests through exceptional service, engaging activities, and a safe environment.
