Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and hygienic Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and public spaces Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest expectations and hotel standards Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, reporting issues promptly Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety Maintain cleanliness in storage closets and supply areas, organizing supplies for easy access Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff alike Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping preferred; hotel experience is highly valued Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and industrial cleaning methods Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving supplies or furniture as needed Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning supplies used in commercial settings Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly enhance our guests' experience.
