Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain impeccable floor care through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and polishing to ensure floors are spotless and safe. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and courteously. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed rigorously to promote a healthy environment for everyone. Handle janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleaning equipment in optimal condition. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling and inventory control to streamline operations. Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality housekeeping is highly preferred. Demonstrated skills in cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices. Experience with laundry operations and custodial responsibilities enhances your suitability for this role. Background in commercial or hotel cleaning environments is advantageous. Knowledge of housekeeping management processes can be a plus for those interested in supervisory roles. Familiarity with janitorial tools and equipment ensures efficient task completion. Strong customer service skills combined with janitorial or custodial experience will help you excel in this energetic role.
