Pay:

$15.00 per hour

Schedule:

Thursday-Sunday, 11:00 PM-6:00 AM Expected hours: 28 hours per week The primary responsibility of this position is maintaining a visible presence and keeping watch over the hotel parking lot during overnight hours. The majority of the shift will focus on parking-lot observation, with housekeeping, public-area, and guest-service duties performed as needed.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a visible overnight presence and keep watch over the hotel parking lot. Complete frequent parking-lot and exterior rounds using your own reliable vehicle. Use a hotel-provided removable amber visibility light while completing authorized on-property rounds. Remain alert for suspicious activity, damaged property, safety concerns, or unusual conditions. Immediately report concerns to the overnight front-desk employee or hotel management. Contact emergency services according to hotel procedures when necessary. Complete an accurate nightly activity and observation log. Remove trash and maintain the cleanliness of hotel public areas. Restock housekeeping closets, linens, towels, and supplies. Deliver requested items to guestrooms. Clean spills and assist with minor overnight housekeeping needs. Perform other reasonable houseman duties as assigned. This position is focused on observation and reporting. The employee must not confront, pursue, detain, or physically intervene with anyone.

Qualifications:

Must be available Thursday through Sunday from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle. Must be dependable and comfortable working independently overnight. Strong observation and communication skills. Ability to remain alert throughout the entire shift. Professional and guest-friendly demeanor. Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds. Previous hotel, housekeeping, maintenance, or overnight experience is preferred but not required.

Pay:

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 28.0 per week
