Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and an understanding of housekeeping practices. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, hallways, and common areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized; report any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Follow established protocols for industrial cleaning in specific areas as required. Maintain custodial standards in accordance with company as well as state policies and procedures. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills to interact positively with residents and team members.
