Prepare daily lesson plans in advance that include both indoor and outdoor activities, are individualized and based on the infants/toddlers own needs, interests, schedules and include multicultural education materials and activities, family style meals and other elements, as appropriate. Requirements Applicant will possess a High School Diploma or GED. Two years' experience working with families and young children preferred. Detail and multi-task oriented. Strong organizational, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Must be able to cope with stress. Time spent in strenuous physical activity, lifting up to 50 lbs.
