Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners with manual handling techniques that prioritize safety. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor care methods suitable for different surfaces. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide outstanding customer service while managing time efficiently to complete tasks promptly. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, dusting techniques, and sanitation standards across various environments. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively; familiarity with carpet cleaning tools is a plus. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments within designated schedules. Physical strength for heavy lifting and manual handling of furniture or large items when necessary. Experience with outdoor work environments and outdoor cleaning tasks preferred.
