Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in residential settings. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all residential areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces, following established sanitation procedures. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance. Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care. Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment safely and effectively to ensure surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment while adhering to safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces when required, including patios or entryways. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Experience Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is highly preferred, with familiarity in janitorial or custodial roles being advantageous. Demonstrated ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, buffers, and floor scrubbers. Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures across various surfaces and materials. Experience with laundry processes and handling cleaning supplies responsibly. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior areas when necessary. Prior hotel or commercial cleaning experience is beneficial but not required; training will be provided for specific responsibilities.
