Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across residential and commercial properties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitation. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are consistently met. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Use various cleaning equipment and detergents effectively while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and heavy lifting. Maintain floor care through carpet cleaning, polishing, and appropriate floor surface treatments to preserve quality and appearance. Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as trash removal, window washing, and maintaining outdoor areas when required. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service. Keep accurate records of completed tasks, supplies used, and maintenance issues for efficient housekeeping management. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, janitorial services, or housekeeping management is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, using cleaning detergents safely, and implementing sanitation protocols effectively. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including lifting with proper technique to prevent injury. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Excellent client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care methods is desirable. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively while following all safety procedures.

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 - 20.0 per week
