Responsibilities Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care. Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various flooring types. Ensure sanitation protocols are followed rigorously to promote healthy living environments. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, listening to their needs, and addressing any special requests or concerns. Use janitorial and custodial equipment effectively to complete cleaning tasks efficiently. Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments promptly while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and floor care methods. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience with laundry services and carpet cleaning is a plus. Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and supplies enhances your effectiveness.
