You will spend your day:

• Walking and standing for extended periods
• Lifting, bending, kneeling and reaching
• Moving quickly between tasks
• Scrubbing bathrooms and kitchens
• Dusting high and low surfaces
• Vacuuming and mopping

• Clean residential homes according to Freedom Cleaning Co. standards
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure every clean is done consistently
• Read customer notes before every appointment and ensure they are followed
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces
• Vacuum, mop, dust and sanitize surfaces
• Make beds and straighten rooms
• Clean appliances and fixtures
• Perform deep cleaning tasks when assigned
• Take detailed before-and-after photos of every cleaning
• Report any damages or concerns immediately
• Communicate professionally with the management team throughout the day
• Communicate professionally with our customers while in their home or business
• Deliver a five-star customer experience on every visit What We're Looking For Our ideal team member is:

Minimum Requirements To be considered, you must meet ALL of the following requirements: ✔ At least 18 years old ✔ Legally authorized to work in the United States ✔ Have a valid driver's license ✔ Have a reliable personal vehicle that is not shared with another driver ✔ Have a smartphone with reliable data service ✔ Be available to work weekdays between approximately 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM ✔ Be available to work weekends if requested ✔ Be able to lift up to 20 pounds ✔ Be able to successfully pass a background check & drug screening ✔ Be able to work in homes with pets ✔ Be able to communicate professionally in English (bi-lingual English & Spanish preferred) If you do not meet these minimum qualifications, please do not apply.
