The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues. Follow established safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Provide exceptional hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests for additional items or services. Assist in laundry duties as needed, ensuring linens and towels are cleaned and organized. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations and adherence to quality standards. Strip rooms, wash, dry, and fold sheets and towels. Treat stained linen, terry, and bedding as needed. Clean public spaces including public restrooms, gym, guest laundry, hallways, and stairways. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and janitorial practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor suitable for hospitality environments.
