Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all public areas, hallways, and restrooms are clean and well-maintained. Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards. Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist in laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Maintain an organized cart with cleaning supplies and equipment for efficiency during shifts. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably within the hotel industry. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and products used in industrial cleaning. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while working independently or as part of a team.
