Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, carpets, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a hygienic environment. Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain spotless surfaces throughout the property. Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, linens, and other amenities to meet guest needs efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and recreational spaces to uphold overall hotel standards. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continued quality standards. Assist with janitorial tasks during special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives involving industrial cleaning equipment. Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles; hospitality experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and the use of janitorial equipment. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout shifts. Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools and supplies preferred; previous housekeeping management experience is a plus.
