Housekeeping Attendant

Dursh Hospitality Management is seeking reliable, high-energy Housekeepers who take pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness and efficient room turnaround times. This position is fast-paced and physically active, and we are looking for individuals who walk with a pep in their step and bring positive energy to the team every day. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to maintain speed without sacrificing quality. Our housekeepers understand that cleanliness, efficiency, and professionalism directly impact guest satisfaction and overall business success. Key Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to company standards.

Meet productivity benchmarks:

Under 30 minutes for check-out rooms Under 20 minutes for stayover rooms Ensure rooms are fully stocked, sanitized, and inspection-ready. Maintain a steady pace and high energy throughout the shift. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly. Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and cleaning procedures. Use cleaning supplies responsibly to help control costs and reduce waste. Conserve energy and water when possible (turn off lights, limit unnecessary water use). Maintain a professional attitude and contribute to a positive team environment. Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required. High-energy individual who can work quickly and efficiently. Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and pushing carts. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
