Join our team as a EVS Housekeeper for Senior Living Facility at First Class Workforce Solutions, and play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. As a vital member of our hospitality team, you'll contribute to the overall guest experience by ensuring cleanliness and attention to detail in guest rooms and common areas. Various shifts are available.

Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning duties to uphold high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and common areas. Vacuuming, dusting, polishing, cleaning glass and other surfaces/area as needed. Change bed linens and replace towels in accordance with hotel standards. Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms for guest satisfaction. Collaborate with front desk staff to prioritize room cleaning and turnover. Adhere to hotel policies for cleanliness and guest interactions. Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns with a customer-centric approach. Follow safety guidelines to maintain a secure and hazard-free environment. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned, ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

Physical Requirements:

Perform significant walking, standing, bending, and kneeling during 8-hour shifts. Demonstrate stamina for handling repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, and perform other physically demanding tasks.

Hiring Essentials:

Must have a minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Housekeeper. Must be able to collaborate effectively and professionally in team environments. Must possess advanced knowledge of cleaning products, implements, and practices. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have reliable and consistent transportation.
