Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards. Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure spotless surfaces. Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort. Maintain cleanliness of common areas like lobbies, hallways, elevators, and conference rooms. Follow safety procedures during cleaning tasks and handle cleaning supplies responsibly. Report maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is a plus. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory—enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
