Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Change bed linens, towels, and other linens as required. Dust and polish furniture and fixtures, ensuring all surfaces are clean and presentable. Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate equipment and techniques. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleanliness of cleaning equipment and supplies. Follow established procedures for the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and materials. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably within the hospitality industry. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and standards. Proficiency in floor care techniques, including sweeping, mopping, and buffing. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member. Strong communication skills to interact with guests and staff professionally.
