Experience Proven janitorial or residential cleaning experience with a strong understanding of cleaning surfaces, equipment, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, floor care products, and proper use of janitorial tools. Experience in laundry management within a residential or hospitality setting is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple cleaning tasks efficiently. Prior experience in housekeeping management or client communication enhances your suitability for this role. Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking is essential.
