In this role you'll care for resident apartments and common areas alike, creating the kind of bright, well-kept environment where our residents feel truly at home. What You'll Do Perform all housekeeping duties in resident apartments - vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, high dusting, removing trash, and changing bed linens. Clean restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and community common areas. Use cleaning equipment and materials properly and observe all safety and security procedures. Report any observed problems or deficiencies in resident services to the Executive Director. Perform other duties as requested by your supervisor. What We're Looking For Qualifications High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and to write simple correspondence. Ability to follow one- or two-step instructions and handle standardized situations with little variation. Genuine skill and comfort working with elderly residents.
