Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed. Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and polishing to preserve the appearance and longevity of flooring surfaces. Manage manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely and effectively during cleaning routines. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences or special requests, ensuring customer satisfaction. Use janitorial and custodial experience to operate cleaning equipment safely while adhering to sanitation standards in both indoor and outdoor environments. Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and outdoor work experience is advantageous. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, sanitation practices, and proper use of cleaning equipment is essential for maintaining safety standards.
