Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to ensure all rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained. Conduct floor care duties such as sweeping, waxing, and buffing as needed. Follow established cleaning protocols for industrial cleaning environments while adhering to safety guidelines. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when supplies need replenishing. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience in hospitality settings. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping management is preferred. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
