The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas. Maintain floor care by ensuring surfaces are clean and well-kept. Conduct industrial cleaning as needed, adhering to safety protocols. Assist in housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply needs. Provide exceptional hospitality services by ensuring guest rooms and common areas meet high cleanliness standards. Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure thoroughness. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment. Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
