Residential House Cleaner — Part-Time, Growth to Full-Time Henderson's Cleaning Service is hiring a dependable, hardworking Residential House Cleaner to join our team! We are a family-owned, close-knit cleaning company that takes pride in providing high-quality, detailed cleaning for our residential clients. We're looking for someone who genuinely takes pride in their work, can keep up in a fast-paced environment, and wants the opportunity to grow with a company rather than simply pick up an occasional cleaning job. This position starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time hours. Our residential cleaning days typically begin around 9:00 AM , and a full workday may last approximately 8 hours . Applicants should have enough schedule flexibility to remain available for the entire workday when scheduled. What You'll Do As a Residential House Cleaner, you'll travel to clients' homes and perform detailed professional cleaning according to Henderson's Cleaning Service standards.

Responsibilities may include:

Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms Dusting and wiping furniture, fixtures, surfaces, baseboards, and other areas Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors Scrubbing showers, tubs, sinks, toilets, and other surfaces Removing buildup, grime, dust, and debris Completing detailed and deep-cleaning tasks Moving efficiently from task to task while maintaining high-quality results Following company cleaning procedures and checklists Handling clients' homes and belongings carefully and professionally Working independently and/or alongside other team members Traveling between clients' homes during the workday

This Is a Physically Demanding Job Professional residential cleaning is much more physically demanding than ordinary household cleaning. Our cleaners work at a fast, steady pace for extended periods of time while still maintaining attention to detail. You should be comfortable with prolonged standing and walking, repeated bending, reaching, kneeling, scrubbing, wiping, vacuuming, mopping, and other repetitive physical activity throughout the workday. We're looking for someone who can work hard, move efficiently, and stay productive throughout the shift . If you enjoy active work and the satisfaction of transforming a space, you may be a great fit. What We're Looking For Professional residential cleaning experience is strongly preferred. However, experience isn't everything . We may be willing to train the right person who demonstrates excellent work ethic, dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly.

Because our cleaners travel to clients' homes, reliable personal transportation is required for this position.

You must have:
