In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment by performing a variety of cleaning duties, managing laundry tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation of bathrooms. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, and janitorial tools with proper manual handling techniques. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor care methods. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide personalized service. Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, chemical handling, and equipment use to prevent accidents or injuries. Support housekeeping management by organizing supplies, managing time efficiently across multiple properties, and ensuring all tasks are completed promptly. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and the safe handling of cleaning chemicals. Ability to manage time effectively to prioritize tasks across multiple residences or properties. Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs. Experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus.
