Fairfax Fresh and Clean is looking for experienced, dependable independent cleaning contractors to help serve residential and commercial clients throughout Fairfax and surrounding areas. This is a good fit for experienced cleaners who want the flexibility to add work to their existing schedule while maintaining control over the jobs they accept. Residential Opportunities Fill out your week with residential cleaning jobs scheduled primarily during daytime hours. Services may include recurring home cleanings, first-time cleanings, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleanings. Commercial Opportunities Enjoy evening work with recurring clients on a more consistent schedule. Commercial accounts may include offices, professional facilities, fitness studios, and similar businesses. Responsibilities Perform professional residential and/or commercial cleaning services Dust, wipe, disinfect, vacuum, sweep, and mop assigned areas Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, common areas, and other client spaces Follow the specific cleaning checklist and scope provided for each job Use cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately Arrive on time and complete assigned work to a high standard Communicate professionally with Fairfax Fresh and Clean regarding job status, client requests, or issues Perform a final quality check before leaving each property Requirements 2+ years of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations Ability to work independently without direct supervision Strong attention to detail Dependable and professional Good communication skills Ability to perform the physical requirements of professional cleaning Smartphone for scheduling and communication Must meet independent contractor requirements Why Work With Fairfax Fresh and Clean?
