Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment Execute laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards and safety regulations Manage the use of cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly, including janitorial tools and heavy-duty cleaning machinery Handle manual lifting of furniture or heavy items safely during deep cleaning or rearrangement tasks Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services Assist with outdoor work related to residential property upkeep when required Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within designated schedules while maintaining high-quality standards Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning roles with familiarity in janitorial or custodial procedures Hands-on experience with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, dusting, and surface sanitation Knowledge of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper handling of cleaning equipment Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Experience in laundry management and outdoor property maintenance is preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently Prior housekeeping management or supervisory experience is advantageous but not required Join us in creating clean, comfortable living spaces while delivering outstanding service!
