Overview:

The Weston Standard is building a network of reliable, professional residential cleaning contractors serving Northern Virginia and Washington, DC . We are looking for experienced independent cleaners who take pride in their work, communicate professionally, and want access to additional residential cleaning opportunities without having to generate every customer themselves. This is an independent contractor opportunity (1099) . Contractors are responsible for their own business operations, supplies, equipment, transportation, taxes, and insurance as applicable.

Compensation:

Estimated earnings: $27-$35 per hour, depending on the job, scope, and efficiency. Actual compensation may vary by cleaning assignment. Contractors are paid according to the agreed compensation for each job. Tips are yours to keep. Potential earnings of up to $1,400 per week may be possible for contractors who accept and complete a sufficient volume of qualifying jobs. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on job availability, service area, availability, and completed work.

Washington, DC Preferred:

Existing cleaning business, recurring residential cleaning experience, positive customer references, and business insurance where applicable.

Schedule:

Part-time or full-time availability Flexible scheduling based on your availability and accepted jobs Most assignments are during daytime hours, typically between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Recurring and one-time cleaning opportunities may be available Contractors are not required to accept every job Work location: Northern Virginia and Washington, DC Service areas may include Fairfax, Falls Church, Arlington, Alexandria, and surrounding areas, depending on available jobs.

Employment type:

Independent Contractor (1099) This is not a W-2 employee position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, business expenses, transportation, supplies, equipment, and applicable insurance.
