Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks using effective, non-toxic solutions to tackle cleaning problems. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, reliability, ability to follow instructions, and commitment to quality will serve our residential clients, providing a safe and welcoming environment and assuring they can breathe easy in their homes. We service homes in Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Caroline, and King George, VA. This position offers the possibility of growth. We are looking for part time technicians with the possibility of increasing to full-time hours as we grow and expand. Employees showing promise and loyalty to the company will be offered future positions as Lead Technicians. We are a woman-owned company, family-oriented, and as such, understand the need for hours that work within the confines of school and daycare schedules. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cobweb removal, and trash removal to maintain cleanliness across all areas. Safely handle and operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, dusting tools, steamers, scrubbers and brushes, step stools, as well as cleaning solutions/chemicals efficiently and safely. Use appropriate chemical agents and cleaning tools for safely cleaning all types of installed materials in the home or business, including, but not limited to, real wood, laminate, LVP and LVT flooring, ceramic tile, grout, metallic surfaces (chrome, brushed metals, stainless steel), natural stone (granite, marble, quartz, limestone), painted surfaces, glass surfaces (included diamond coated glass), vinyl, and carpet. Adhere to appropriate personal protection measures such as gloves, masks, and eye protection where appropriate, especially when in contact with surfaces that may contain biohazards (such as toilets). Adhere to protocols for used supplies and equipment to prevent cross contamination. Assist with lifting tasks involving cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure safety and proper manual handling procedures. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals, ensuring proper storage and usage according to environmental services standards. Follow client preferences and requirements for non-toxic, pet safe, eco-conscious, and fragrance-free cleaning agents. Provide excellent customer service by arriving within the designated time window, promptly communicating issues and concerns to management, politely directing client concerns to management, and fostering a positive environment.

Pay:

$16.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 25.0 per week
