Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring. Execute carpet cleaning procedures to ensure carpets are well-maintained. Provide commercial cleaning services in office settings or other facilities as required. Maintain cleanliness of all areas of the residence. Adhere to housekeeping management protocols to ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Proficient in floor care techniques and equipment operation. Experience in housekeeping or similar environments is a plus. Knowledge of floor/carpet cleaning methods and equipment usage. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and custodial responsibilities. Attention to detail with the ability to sanitize effectively in various settings. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
