Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Handle various cleaning tasks such as floor care, chemical agent handling, and the use of cleaning equipment to ensure pristine environments. Maintain public areas like lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces with meticulous attention to sanitation and appearance. Follow safety procedures by understanding Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemical agents used and practicing proper chemical handling techniques. Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to moving supplies or furniture safely while adhering to manual handling guidelines. Support hotel emergency procedures by being prepared for safety protocols and ensuring the safety of guests and staff. Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management. Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in industrial cleaning techniques, including floor care and sanitation practices. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management procedures is a plus. Experience handling cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, or steam cleaners enhances efficiency. Strong customer service skills to interact courteously with guests and team members. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks, stand for extended periods, and perform manual handling activities comfortably. Pay:
