Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces in the hotel
• Perform industrial cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
• Ensure all areas are properly stocked with supplies and amenities
• Follow established housekeeping procedures and guidelines
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
• Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations

Skills:

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of hospitality industry standards and practices
• Basic custodial skills, including waste disposal and sanitization
