Essential Duties:

Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards. Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, mop, and clean bathrooms. Replenish towels, amenities, and other guest supplies. Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas. Report maintenance issues, damages, or guest concerns to the appropriate department. Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures. Respond professionally to guest requests when needed. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in an organized manner. Complete assigned rooms and tasks within the required time. Work independently and maintain a professional attitude during overnight hours.

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred. Ability to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift as required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good customer-service and communication skills.
