Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures to ensure top cleanliness standards. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and public spaces. Restock supplies including towels, toiletries, linens, and other amenities to ensure guest satisfaction. Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly. Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to maintain a safe work environment. Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality and guest privacy at all times. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans of public areas as needed to uphold the hotel's high standards. Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial work is preferred but training is provided. Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and sanitation practices. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality service consistently. Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts. Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service principles is advantageous.
