Responsibilities:
Responsibilities Maintain a clean, polished, and welcoming environment throughout the clubhouse and member facilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas, offices, hallways, entrances, and other common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and otherwise maintain floors and surfaces Clean and maintain windows, mirrors, glass doors, and other visible surfaces Clean and sanitize showers, sinks, toilets, and other restroom and locker room fixtures Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners as needed Restock restroom, locker room, and housekeeping supplies, including towels, toiletries, soap, and paper products Monitor high-traffic and member areas throughout the day and promptly address cleaning needs Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and appropriate odor control throughout the facility Respond courteously and professionally to members and guests while performing housekeeping duties Report maintenance concerns, damaged fixtures, leaks, safety hazards, or other issues to the appropriate supervisor Monitor and communicate inventory needs for cleaning and restroom supplies Properly operate, clean, and store housekeeping equipment and supplies Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals in accordance with established procedures Assist with minor facility tasks, such as changing light bulbs, as needed and when appropriate Follow all club safety policies, housekeeping procedures, and health and sanitation standards Perform additional housekeeping and facility-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Qualifications Education and/or Experience High School diploma or GED equivalent desirable. One year of comparable work preferred. Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations Knowledgeable about maintaining, cleaning and preserving a wide variety of surfaces. Follows instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Knowledge of and ability to perform required role in emergency situations. Physical Demands and Work Environment Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform strenuous work lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping and climbing. Use ladders when required. Job has the potential to expose the employee to human blood pathogens or infectious materials.
