We are currently recruiting for a Overnight Housekeeper . The Housekeeper is responsible for performing routine cleaning and related duties as assigned to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. Responsibilities may include cleaning offices, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces; emptying trash; dusting; mopping; vacuuming; and restocking supplies as needed. The Housekeeper is expected to follow established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and any client-specific requirements. This starts at per hour and is located in Richmond, VA.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Knowledge of custodial operations and industry standards. Working knowledge of the principles and practices of janitorial, custodial, housekeeping services, and sanitizing techniques. Skills in using housekeeping equipment such as vacuum cleaner, buffers and scrubbing machine. Knowledge and skill in proper cleaning techniques as well as stripping, waxing, buffing floors and shampooing carpets (dry and wet methods). Knowledge of and ability to apply proper safety techniques to be used in day-to-day housekeeping operations. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs and move heavy objects; stand for extended periods of time; and to tolerate contact with a variety of cleaning products and solutions. The associate in this position will be required to successfully pass a criminal background check. Additionally, must be able to pass a federal background check as required. Minimal computer skills are required.Competencies:

Ability to perform routine and detailed cleaning tasks in accordance with established procedures Knowledge of basic cleaning methods, tools, and supplies (e.g., dusting, mopping, vacuuming, restroom sanitation) Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment Ability to manage time effectively and complete assigned tasks independently Ability to monitor cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed Dependability and reliability, with consistent attendance and punctuality Strong customer service skills and professional communication Ability to work cooperatively with others and maintain a positive attitude Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking Ability to work in environments with occasional exposure to temperature changes, noise, dust, and fumes Ability to successfully pass required criminal and federal background checks Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred. Previous housekeeping, custodial, or janitorial experience preferred but not required Experience working in a professional, institutional, or commercial environment is a plus Ability to learn and follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Experience using basic cleaning equipment and supplies is helpful but not requiredPhysical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds at times. Standard hours of work Monday through Friday, 10pm-7am.
