What We're Looking For The right person will: Be reliable and show up when scheduled Have a dependable vehicle and valid driver's license Be comfortable driving to different client locations Work efficiently without constant supervision Have strong attention to detail Take pride in leaving a space exceptionally clean Be trustworthy and professional in clients' homes and businesses Be physically able to perform cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, reaching, vacuuming, and being on your feet for several hours Work well independently while also being able to work as part of a team when needed What You'll Be Doing Responsibilities include residential cleaning such as kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and detailed cleaning. Schedule Part-time to start, with the opportunity for additional hours based on performance and availability. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively across various surfaces and environments to ensure hygiene compliance. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and janitorial tools safely and efficiently. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens for residential clients. Handle manual lifting of heavy items like furniture or cleaning supplies with proper technique to ensure safety. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness of all areas by adhering to scheduled routines and managing time effectively for multiple assignments. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, or janitorial services is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper handling of cleaning chemicals. Strong understanding of floor cleaning techniques including carpet care and outdoor surface maintenance. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with efficiency. Excellent client communication skills coupled with a friendly, professional attitude. Experience with housekeeping management or outdoor work is a plus. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday.
