Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation Must be willing to travel throughout the entire Hampton Roads area Mileage is covered for qualifying work-related travel Cleaning experience preferred Must be dependable and arrive on time Must have strong attention to detail Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude Must be able to follow cleaning checklists and company standards Must be comfortable with residential and commercial properties Must be able to perform physical cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, vacuuming, and mopping Must have reliable communication and be responsive regarding scheduling

Familiarity with various cleaning detergents and equipment used in professional cleaning environments. Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, manual handling, dusting, and outdoor work. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday. Prior experience in housekeeping management or residential housekeeping is a plus. Demonstrated reliability with a positive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards across diverse settings.
