Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team to care for the facilities where tomorrow's professional dancers train. We are The Best of Loudoun! Duties Perform thorough cleaning of dance studios, offices, restrooms, lounges, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemical agents Handle custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitization to uphold cleanliness standards Maintain the studio's professional appearance Use proper lifting techniques for heavy items or equipment to prevent injury while moving supplies or furniture Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is highly preferred Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, their safe handling procedures, and sanitation standards is essential Hands-on experience operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and scrubbers is advantageous Customer service skills are valuable for interacting professionally with clients or building occupants during routine cleaning tasks Experience in facilities maintenance or general upkeep roles enhances your ability to identify maintenance needs proactively Requirements Must be able to pass a thorough backgrounds investigation.
