The Houseperson position plays a vital support role in maintaining the property's exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and exceptional service. This position is responsible for stocking andanizing housekeeping carts, delivering linens and amenities to guest rooms, and ensuring public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and service areas remain spotless and well-maintained. Housepersons assist room attendants by removing trash and soiled linens, responding promptly to guest and staff requests, and helping with deep cleaning tasks as needed. The ideal candidate for this role must demonstrate attention to detail, efficiency, and a strongmitment to guest satisfaction, contributing behind the scenes to a seamless and refined guest experience. Qualifications Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of public areas (hallways, lobbies, elevators, bathrooms, back-of-house spaces, etc.). Deliver and restock linens, towels, and guest room amenities. Support room attendants with trash removal and linen collection. Respond promptly to guest and housekeeping requests. Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as assigned. Responding with agility in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Prioritization of time in the midst of a busy schedule. Qualifications Strong attention to detail andmitment to high cleanliness standards. Ability to lift, carry, and move supplies, equipment, and linens safely. Ability to follow hotel safety procedures. Schedule flexibility . Professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset. Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment. Strongmunication and teamwork skills.
