Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Handle various cleaning agents safely, adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) and chemical handling protocols to ensure a safe environment Perform floor care tasks including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain a spotless appearance Manage heavy lifting of furniture, linens, and cleaning supplies with proper manual handling techniques to prevent injury Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are met promptly Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to respond effectively in urgent situations Maintain detailed records of sanitation activities and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Experience Proven janitorial or custodial experience in a hospitality or industrial cleaning environment Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management practices and standards Hands-on experience with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and steam cleaners Knowledge of sanitation procedures, safety protocols, and chemical agent handling in a commercial setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members Previous experience working within hotel emergency procedures and safety guidelines is preferred Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while maintaining high-quality cleanliness standards Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality through meticulous cleanliness and outstanding service.
