Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments, ensuring client satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with knowledge of best practices. Strong understanding of cleaning surfaces, including furniture, appliances, and fixtures. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, floor cleaning products, and sanitation supplies. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations. Physical capability for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting, outdoor work, and prolonged standing or walking. Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple homes or projects.
