Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services. Your efforts will ensure a welcoming environment for our guests and contribute to the overall quality of our inn services. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques. Organize and maintain laundry supplies and equipment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and linen stock. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns regarding cleanliness or laundry services. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a hotel setting. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols. Ability to operate laundry equipment efficiently, including washers, dryers, and dry cleaning machines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
