Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment. Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to uphold high cleanliness standards. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust, dirt, and debris, following established health and safety protocols. Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly to maintain room quality. Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to provide a complete guest experience. Follow proper janitorial procedures during industrial cleaning tasks when necessary. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and respect their privacy at all times. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet extraction. Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service excellence. Ability to work efficiently independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated shifts. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift comfortably. Prior experience in industrial cleaning or housekeeping management is a plus.
